Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right — a damaged item, the wrong product, or anything else — please contact us at (706) 418-1138 or Thecrunchyshop@icloud.com and we'll work with you to make it right, whether that's a replacement, an exchange, store credit, or a refund.

For health and safety reasons, opened bulk herbs, refill-bar products, and local farm meats can't be returned, but please still reach out if there's a problem with your order.
