Frontier® Chickweed Herb is a low-growing annual native to Europe that is common fare for chickens, hence the name. This plant has light green leaves, tiny white flowers and small hairs. Chickweed is often prepared as a tea or a soothing ointment or skin cream.

Directions

To prepare as a tea, pour 8 oz. boiling water over 2 tsp. of herb. Cover and steep 5-10 minutes, strain and serve immediately.
