A low-growing plant similar to the look of dandelion, Frontier® Coltsfoot, also know as coughwort, is a perennial herbaceous plant native to Europe and Asia. The flowers of this plant appear before the leaves. Coltsfoot leaves have been a traditional medicinal plant for years, especially in Austria.

Frontier Co-op® Alkali-Processed Cocoa Powder provides rich and well-rounded cocoa flavor. Also known as "Dutch-processed" cocoa, it's made by treating the cocoa bean paste with an alkalizing agent, which reduces tartness. This cocoa has a dark brown color and dissolves readily with whisking. It's an excellent cocoa in baked goods.
