How to use:

Take 2 - 4 capsules per day or as needed.

Dosages (in capsules or powder) may be increased to bowel tolerance during illness. Start with 1/4 - 1/2 tsp every 2 hours until tolerance is reached. Continue for a few days until symptoms subside.
