Vitamin K2 is somewhat rare in the Western diet and can be found in meats and animal products, such as dairy and eggs, as well as in fermented foods. The Vitamin K subtype MK7 is found mostly in cheese and provides the highest bioavailability. Both Vitamin D and Vitamin K contain properties associated with bone and cardiovascular health.
