Why hemp oil? Hemp oil is high in omega fatty acids in a 3:1 ratio of omega-6 to omega-3, with vitamins E and D. It's loved for blemish-prone and very dry, flaky or irritated-feeling skin, has soothing properties some other oils don't, is used in cosmetics for blotchy-looking skin, and doesn't easily clog pores.
