Rib Chop Lollipops - Choate Family Farms

These lamb chops get their name because of their shape and size. Lamb lollipops are cut from a frenched rack of lamb. They are the most tender and flavorful part of the lamb and is often compared to its beef equivalent, the bone-in ribeye.

The term “lollipop” likely comes from the fact that the shape of the lamb lollipop is similar to that of a traditional lollipop – you hold onto the bone to bite off the juicy meat--makes for an outstanding appetizer!
